Responsibilities

Based on our continued growth, Infiltrator Water Technologies is looking for a Production Operator to support our plant located in Portland, OR. Submit your application today to be considered for this full-time opportunity with competitive pay and benefits.

Job Description:

Manufacturing on various production equipment as well as manual operation of product.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Produce quality aggregate bundles
  • Conduct random quality checks on product
  • Exchange barrels on aggregate machine
  • Change/replace gaskets, as necessary
  • Use pneumatic c-ring gun to close both ends of aggregate bundles
  • Safely cut aggregate bundles with shears to complete product
  • Load wrapper and trailers

Experience, Educational and Technical Qualifications:

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to read measurements
  • Communication skills, written and oral
  • Experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

Abilities Required:

  • Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly
  • Must be able to take direction and work well with others
  • Must be able to work under the stress of deadlines
  • Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately
  • Must be able to react to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned
  • Must be able to work in a non-temperature controlled, busy manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work safely and within all safety regulation

Work Schedule - 6 AM to 430 PM, Monday to Thursday
