About the Role:

Were looking for a detail-oriented, analytically minded CRM & Onsite Merchandising Specialist to join our B2C Travel Network team, supporting LondonTheatre.co.uk and NewYorkTheatreGuide.com.

This role sits at the heart of how we communicate with and guide customersthrough email, SMS, and onsite merchandisinghelping audiences discover the right shows at the right moment. Working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, youll play a key executional role in delivering day-to-day CRM campaigns and onsite updates, while developing the strategic understanding needed to optimise performance over time.

Please note: qualified candidates must be based in the greater London area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.

The salary range for this role is 30,000 - 35,000 per year.
What Success Looks Like:
  • Reliable campaign execution Email, SMS, and onsite merchandising updates are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to the marketing calendar.
  • Data-informed decision making Campaign performance is tracked, analysed, and used to inform future sends, merchandising choices, and testing ideas.
  • Strong commercial support CRM and onsite placements effectively highlight the right shows, offers, and content to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Operational excellence CRM tools, lists, templates, and calendars are kept organised, documented, and easy for the wider team to work with.
  • Growing strategic contribution Over time, youre able to proactively suggest improvements to messaging, segmentation, timing, and onsite merchandising based on performance insights.
What Youll Do:
  • Execute CRM campaigns across email and SMS, supporting promotional, lifecycle, and editorial communications across both brands.
  • Support onsite merchandising, including updating featured shows, placements, and priority content across key site surfaces.
  • Build, QA, and schedule campaigns, ensuring accuracy in copy, links, targeting, and tracking.
  • Write and adapt clear, engaging, conversion-focused copy aligned to brand tone and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign and onsite performance, tracking key metrics such as opens, clicks, conversions, and revenue contribution.
  • Assist with campaign reporting, pulling insights and helping translate results into clear learnings and next steps.
  • Support structured testing across subject lines, messaging, timing, and merchandising placement.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, design, and data partners to deliver campaigns smoothly and consistently.
  • Help maintain CRM documentation, calendars, and processes to support team efficiency and scalability.
Were Looking For Someone With:
  • 13 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related digital marketing role (including internships or graduate roles with hands-on execution).
  • A strong interest in email, SMS, and customer engagement marketing, with a desire to learn how strategy and execution connect.
  • Comfort working with dataable to read performance metrics, spot patterns, and ask the right questions.
  • Clear written communication skills and an eye for detail, especially when working with copy and links.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindsetcomfortable taking ownership of tasks and seeking feedback to improve.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar) is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with basic HTML coding is a plus, but not required.
  • Interest in theatre, live events, travel, or culture is a bonus, but curiosity and commercial thinking matter most.
