Inside Sales - Acquisitions Manager at M&G Property Brothers – Houston, Texas

Compensation:

$100,000

Responsibilities:

• Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current
• Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met

• Make 2-4 qualified offers daily, securing an average of 2 new contracts weekly, with an average projected revenue of $25k per contract
• Make 60-80 calls daily, warm calls to our new leads and warm leads to generate new opportunities
• Closing an average of $100,000 per month, in closed/funded revenue

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
• Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
• Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
