Behavior Technician at Mordechai Meisels Licensed Behavior Analyst PC – Bronx, New York

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Job description: Location Requirement (Must Meet One or More):

• Live in Bronx or Manhattan or willing to travel in Bronx
• Willing to provide home-based ABA in client's home

Availability Required (Non-Negotiable):

• Availability for Monday - Friday consistently, starting at either 3-4PM to 7/9PM
• Weekends may be needed - optional or open
• Passionate about working with children and committed to consistency

Role Overview:

As a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician at Strive High ABA, you will provide in-home and community-based ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a vital role in helping children build essential life skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals through structured, compassionate intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs
• Provide direct 1:1 support to children in home and community settings
• Collect accurate behavioral data and complete daily session notes
• Support skill development, behavior reduction, and social engagement
• Follow behavior plans, crisis protocols, and clinical guidance
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and families
• Attend all scheduled sessions and follow attendance policies
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
• Comply with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, and company policies
• Complete all documentation, administrative, and billing tasks on time
