Responsibilities
The Clinical Change Management Manager will be responsible for evaluating clinical technology needs, identifying workflow solutions based on clinical needs, and making recommendations for clinical workflow design that incorporate the use of healthcare technology as it relates to electronic health record integration. The Clinical Change Management Manager manages and contributes to the support and development of EHR implementation plans including change management, group facilitation, training, and customer service. This role is responsible for serving as an expert and liaison between the clinical operations and information services teams. The Clinical Change Management Manager must be able to critically think through troubleshooting scenarios, support all clinical workflows in the healthcare enterprise, and be able to problem solve to develop technical solutions based on industry best-practice. This role bridges the communication between Information Services and operations teams to ensure teams are aligned in developing and implementing healthcare IT solutions for patient care related problems. The Clinical Change Management Manager should have extensive experience in leading projects to implement evidence-based change that uses clinical technology programs to influence positive patient outcomes. The role assists Clinical Application teams in product review and rollout to verify that the design, build & configuration are accurately developed and deployed. The Clinical Change Management Manager supports business continuity and disaster recovery, provides clear and effective communication to all levels of internal and external customers, and works independently or with minimal supervision.
Key Accountabilities:
**This role offers a hybrid work option. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required. Employees in this position must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.**

Key Accountabilities:
- Assists with the development of implementation plans for clinical information systems and proactively identifies and coordinates clinical change management programs. Examples include (1) Process and workflow change that impacts clinical information systems, (2) Assists in the design and deployment of site specific training programs that impact clinical information systems, and (3) Maintenance of documentation that impacts use of clinical information systems and site specific policy/procedure change. Assists with prioritization of software enhancements (vendor dependent) and coordination of software configuration (internally dependent). Promotes system adoption and system utilization.
- Provides positive customer service to issue resolution and/or assists in assuring issue is directed to appropriate resource. Provides timely follow-up to corrections of any identified deficiencies. Evaluates changes to the system and report requests for standardization, appropriateness, and impact. Monitors and communicates status of system change and report request.
- Leads site specific user group meetings to foster the growth and optimum utilization of the clinical information systems. Ensures site specific user group understands and follows standardization principles and guidelines. Ensures all super users are properly trained on the clinical information systems and performs their mentor role with each work area as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:
- With a Bachelor Degree: Three years in a clinical setting
- Without a Bachelor Degree: Associates Degree and five years in a clinical setting
- Registered Nurse
