Required Experience: SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
Demonstrated experience with in-depth knowledge of General Dynamics crypto devices such as the E-100, FLEX, Micro, Nano, TL-10G, TL-1g, and next generation crypto devices, including their configuration, operation, and maintenance.
Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex cryptographic systems.
Demonstrated experience with technical knowledge of cryptographic principles, protocols, and technologies, including those related to General Dynamics crypto devices.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex technical issues related to General Dynamics crypto devices and developing effective solutions.
Demonstrated experience with cryptographic protocols and standards, such as those related to encryption, decryption, and key management.
Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including written training documentation.
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals and objectives.
Demonstrated experience with GEM crypto manager(s) software.
Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including actively training personnel.
Desired Experience:
Demonstrated experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Demonstrated experience with technical knowledge of cryptographic principles, protocols, and technologies, including those related to General Dynamics crypto devices.
Demonstrated experience and familiarity with Sponsor networks and devices, including both new and legacy systems, to ensure seamless integration and support.
Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to General Dynamics crypto devices and develop effective solutions.
Demonstrated experience with agile project management methodologies to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated experience with effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex technical information to various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical personnel.
Demonstrated experience and ability to work in a matrix environment. This includes being able to navigate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
