The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Business Development Team Lead to drive growth across the Iberia region. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers, helping them reach their targets, develop their skills and consistently deliver results.
You’ll play a key part in shaping Fresha’s growth strategy in the region. Working closely with the General Manager and wider commercial team, you’ll lead from the front – coaching the team, managing pipeline, and building a high-performance sales culture that thrives on clarity, momentum and ownership.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Leading a team of Business Development Managers to consistently meet and exceed acquisition targets
  • Coaching team members on calls, deal progression and outbound outreach strategy
  • Running effective team routines, including daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews and 1:1s
  • Supporting pipeline development and managing performance metrics across the funnel
  • Actively stepping in to support key deals, unblock challenges and drive outcomes
  • Ensuring the team maintains high-quality outreach and follows best practice processes
  • Hiring, onboarding and developing new team members as the team grows
  • Creating a positive, focused, and accountable team culture
What Were Looking For
  • Strong sales profile with 8+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales, with at least 5 years leading direct sales teams, ideally within a SaaS or marketplace environment
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding personal sales targets
  • Experience scaling teams up to around 15+ team members
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and the sales development process
  • Confident in managing team performance, pipeline health and daily operating rhythm
  • Comfortable using sales tools like HubSpot or equivalent CRMs
  • A team-first mindset — someone who leads by example and brings energy and consistency
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give feedback and motivate others
  • Organised, proactive and ready to grow into a more senior leadership role
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
