This role reports into SCD, an Ellsworth Corporation company, and is located in Tijuana, Mexico. The ideal candidate will be able to work on-site at our location in Tijuana.

You will provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and financial performance of the company’s operations within the assigned country. This role has full accountability for P&L results, market growth, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and people leadership. The Country Manager partners closely with regional and global leadership to execute corporate strategy while tailoring execution to local market conditions.
Responsibilities
•Owns full P&L responsibility for the country, including revenue growth, margin expansion, cost management, and capital allocation
•Develops and executes the country’s business strategy aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics
•Leads and inspires the local leadership team to deliver operational excellence and sustainable growth
•Builds and maintains strong relationships with key customers, partners, government entities, and industry stakeholders
•Ensures compliance with all local laws, regulations, and company policies, including health, safety, and ethical standards
•Drives market expansion through organic growth, pricing strategy, and, where applicable, acquisitions or partnerships
Qualifications
Experience
•10+ years of progressive leadership experience, with 5+ years in senior or executive roles
•5+ years of P&L experience required
Education
Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s preferred; other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Certifications, Business Licenses, Registrations, and Other
•Ability to meet all local legal, regulatory, and business registration requirements

Travel
•Greater than 50% domestic and/or international travel. Valid Driver’s License and/or Insurance is required.
