2+ years of related experience preferred
Previous laboratory environment experience strongly preferred
Education
High School Diploma preferred

Comfortable working with technology systems and databases
Preferred
LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
SAP ordering systems
Experience with systems such as StarLIMS

Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage records accurately
Workload is generally split between the following responsibilities:
Stability Management – 50%
Lab Sample Management – 50%
Actual workload may vary weekly depending on schedules.
Stability ResponsibilitiesReceive and process stability sample pulls
Stage samples for stability chambers
Perform scheduled stability pulls
Stage reserve samples
Conduct monthly reserve inspections
Assist with controlled substance inventory and destruction
Pull samples for:
investigations
testing
customer complaints
Clean stability chambers and reserve areas weekly (Fridays)
Receive reagents and laboratory materials
Log samples and reagents into the LIMS system
Stage materials in the sample room
Retrieve shipments from the warehouse
Issue worksheets to chemists
Assist with ordering reagents and laboratory supplies
Coordinate work with laboratory team members
Communicate with shipping/receiving and purchasing teams
Support department operations and additional tasks as needed
