We’re currently hiring Resident Assistants. No prior experience is required—this is an entry-level opportunity, and we’re committed to providing the training and support you need to succeed and grow as a valued member of our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with their personal cares.
• Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, trash removal, etc.
• Pass medications and supervise the resident's self-administration as directed.
• Observe residents and report changes in physical and emotional condition.

Shift/Hours

• Full-time and part-time shifts available – Days, Afternoons, and Overnights – every other weekend required.

- Shift differentials for overnights and weekends!

- Tuition reimbursement is available for post-secondary nursing degree programs.

Must perform all required job tasks as trained and directed and respect the confidentiality and personal privacy of residents.

In order to be able to clearly communicate with and provide appropriate care to our residents, as well as to complete all job tasks safely and as required, you must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Prior to starting work, all employees are required to pass a criminal investigation as solely determined by the State of Minnesota. We cannot employ anyone who does not successfully pass the background study.
