This role offers an excellent opportunity for a data-driven finance professional to contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, digital environment. You will work at the intersection of finance, analytics, and business operations, helping teams understand performance, optimize spending, and improve financial outcomes. The position involves analyzing large datasets, building financial forecasts, and supporting leadership with actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to enhance financial visibility and business performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building analytical frameworks, and improving financial processes in a dynamic and global environment.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis activities while delivering valuable insights that help guide business performance and decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data across key business metrics.

  • Build, automate, and maintain regular management reporting dashboards and financial reports.

  • Develop financial forecasts and provide recommendations on key performance indicators and financial outcomes.

  • Monitor budgets and conduct cost efficiency analysis to ensure responsible financial management.

  • Identify, investigate, and explain financial or operational anomalies within business data.

  • Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams, including insights into marketing performance, unit economics, and customer metrics.

  • Evaluate and improve internal financial and operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Contribute to financial planning cycles and assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong financial knowledge with technical analytical skills and attention to detail. Candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting, or business analytics.

  • Experience working in digital, IT, or performance-driven business environments is preferred.

  • Solid understanding of finance, economics, and core statistical concepts.

  • Clear understanding of internal financial analytics and management reporting (this role does not involve investment analysis).

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets and complex formulas.

  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis (mandatory).

  • Experience with Python for data analysis is a strong plus, or willingness to learn.

  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy in reporting.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
