What will you do as a Welder at Century Fence?

Century Fence is looking for a dedicated Welder to join Century Fence. In this role, you will be responsible for welding gates, posts, and other fence materials to meet project specifications and quality standards. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in precision, and want to be part of a respected team, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine welding specifications.
• Weld, cut, and assemble metal parts using MIG, Stick, and other welding techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Monitor work progress and promptly communicate any issues or delays.
• Operate a forklift as needed (training provided if applicable).
What you bring:
• Willingness and ability to be onsite at your assigned shop location daily.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, climb, and reach regularly as part of daily work.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs consistently and using shop equipment and tools safely.
• Forklift experience and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
