LPN Full Time 7a-7p at Sapulpa Nursing Center – Sapulpa, Oklahoma

We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the day shift (7a–7p). The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional care, thrives in a team environment, and demonstrates professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans and physician directives
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Monitor and document patients’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

• Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma (in good standing)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
