About This Position
Job Summary: Responsible for clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures as directed by the Business Office Manager.
Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas: |
Greets all visitors and sales representatives and directs them to the appropriate person and office. |
Answers all phone calls politely and professionally, expediting all calls. |
Maintains the Resident Personal Needs Accounts in an accurate and time efficient manner. |
Handles all correspondence daily. |
Types all documents, i.e., department reports, memos in a timely and efficient manner. |
Order supplies as directed. |
Assist department directors with administrative support (i.e., typing reports, correspondence, etc.) |
Is a self-starter; meets responsibilities without prompting. |
Demonstrates the values of team concept on a consistent basis. |
Communicates verbally in a clear and concise manner. |
Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality. |
