About This Position

Our client is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive House Manager / Personal Assistant to support daily household operations and family schedules. This role requires someone who is bilingual (English/Spanish), comfortable driving, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily household and family schedules
  • Coordinate appointments, activities, and reminders for client and the children
  • Drive children to and from school, activities, and appointments
  • Handle household logistics such as deliveries, packages, returns, and maintenance visits
  • Oversee household staff and vendors
  • Assist with light administrative tasks, errands, bookings, and reservations
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient household environment
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving children
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
