- Set and execute a bold regional fundraising strategy.
- Lead and manage a portfolio-based major gifts program.
- Achieve and grow significant fundraising targets.
- Drive innovative corporate major gifts program strategies.
- Mobilize boards and volunteer leaders for philanthropic impact.
- Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Ensure excellence in donor management systems and reporting.
- Serve as a key member of the regional leadership team.
- Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of fundraising leadership experience.
- Established track record of increasing philanthropic revenue.
- Significant expertise in fundraising programs and best practices.
- Minimum 7 years of supervisory experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of fundraising database systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
