Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic sales consultant to guide patients through the life-changing journey of receiving dental implants.

This role blends consultative sales with compassionate care, ensuring patients are fully informed, financially supported, and confident every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales Process: Guide patients through a consultative, empathetic sales experience for advanced dental procedures, including All-on-Four implants.
  • Patient Education: Clearly explain treatment options to help patients make informed decisions.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct ongoing communication to keep patients engaged and supported.
  • Customize Payment Plans: Build financing options tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Lead Generation: Engage in outbound outreach, community events, and referral networking to grow patient volume.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Foster Referrals: Build long-term relationships with patients to encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Support the Team: Contribute to team goals and assist with additional duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in consultative or direct-to-consumer roles
  • Dental background is a plus!
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • A confident, professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities
  • Experience using a CRM or contact tracking system
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
