• Own and continuously refine the team backlog, ensuring work is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned to platform objectives.
• Partner closely with Engineering to break down complex technical initiatives into incremental, shippable milestones.
• Balance short-term delivery needs with longer-term platform health, helping manage technical debt.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact between the delivery team and dependent product teams.
• Ensure that platform capabilities are usable and well-documented for downstream teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in delivery practices and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• 35 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of product ownership with clear accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with mobile app teams (iOS and/or Android); platform experience is an asset.
• Ability to translate platform strategy into actionable backlog items.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong prioritization skills and balance between short-term and long-term needs.
• Comfortable working in technically complex and evolving environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
