In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and systems that support our cutting-edge AI-driven products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, your expertise will be foundational in building scalable ML solutions and ensuring that our offerings meet the highest performance standards. You will evaluate large language models, create APIs to expose ML models, and lead A/B testing experiments to optimize model efficacy. This role is essential for driving innovation and enhancing our capacity to deliver personalized customer experiences across various channels.Accountabilities

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for AI chatbots and recommendation systems.
• Define and implement architectures for generative AI systems using frameworks like Langchain and Langsmith.
• Develop frameworks for evaluating the accuracy and ethical compliance of large language models (LLMs).
• Build robust APIs to integrate machine learning models with other systems and services.
• Conduct A/B testing experiments to assess the effectiveness of ML algorithms.
• Architect scalable ML systems and pipelines using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Lead the deployment of models into production, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Stay updated on advancements in machine learning and apply them to improve model capabilities.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers to foster continuous learning and growth.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track model performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning or data science with a proven track record.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, ideally GCP, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
