The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System is seeking an ERP Senior Business Analyst to join their team.

The likely salary range for this position is $96,050 - $129,950. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System is seeking an ERP Senior Business Analyst to join their team.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing requirements, such as the Navy's Human resources system.
- Coordinates with customer, business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
- Serves as the Senior Functional Analyst defining business intelligence requirements for Analytical application and reporting.
- Must possess experience in documenting functional, business intelligence analytics, and reporting requirements.
- Responsible for decomposing high level functional requirements and writing system and technical requirements for development and testing.
- As a member of the team, must be able to work well with co-workers, developers, testers, and customers.
- Translates customer needs into system, hardware, software, performance, network, and interface requirements.
- Performs requirements analysis for hardware and software through customer interviews, comparison to existing requirements, creation of process flows, use cases, and other artifacts.
- Interfaces with system developers and testers to clarify requirements and validate that they are designing, developing, and testing to the customer's requirements.
- Is familiar with US Navy's personnel and pay systems for both active and reserve officers and enlisted personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 10+ years of strong PeopleSoft HCM, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Business Objects, People Soft.
- Experience in documenting functional, business intelligence analytics, and reporting requirements.
- Experienced as a Business Case Analyst responsible for decomposing requirements and writing requirements for coding and testing.
- Working Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft HCM and business intelligence reporting software.
- Must hold a Secret Clearance
