- Manage all client-facing application production support and incident resolution.
- Monitor user-reported issues and respond promptly to infrastructure alerts.
- Perform technical troubleshooting, software deployment, and system monitoring.
- Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to drive operational excellence.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation for internal and external users.
- Ensure consistent communication with business stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
- Work on-call every other weekend to provide continuous support.
- Bachelors degree in computer engineering, information technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Java software design and application development.
- Experience in a Production Support helpdesk or similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and SQL scripting.
- Experience with cloud architecture environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
