In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and stability of client-facing applications, providing technical support, and resolving incidents. You will work closely with a diverse team to tackle various production issues while collaborating with stakeholders to maintain seamless operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients in the insurance and financial sectors through effective problem-solving and proactive support.Accountabilities

• Manage all client-facing application production support and incident resolution.
• Monitor user-reported issues and respond promptly to infrastructure alerts.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, software deployment, and system monitoring.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to drive operational excellence.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation for internal and external users.
• Ensure consistent communication with business stakeholders throughout the resolution process.
• Work on-call every other weekend to provide continuous support.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering, information technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Java software design and application development.
• Experience in a Production Support helpdesk or similar client-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and SQL scripting.
• Experience with cloud architecture environments such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
