Job Overview
City Wide Pharmacy is a small community retail pharmacy located opening a new location in Aurora, IL. Our pharmacy cares about quality customer service. We are looking for a pharmacist in charge willing to work full time, Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm but available for licensing and onboarding at this time.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Processing and Verifying Prescriptions
- Ordering and Restocking Medications
- Counseling patients regarding their prescriptions and any other questions
- Having excellent communication skills, Amazing Customer Service is Essential
- Compounding Medications
- Working with patients to get the cheapest price possible for them
- Calling and answering all physician questions
- Training new staff (i.e. Technicians, etc.)

Basic Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the state of Arizona
• Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist preferred in a retail setting including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems and insurance.

Hourly Pay will be determined by prior experience. Scale is $85-90/hour
