Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Hiring male support staff for weekend shifts Friday 10:00pm- Sunday 10:00pm or Saturday 9:00am-Sunday 10:00pm

What You'll Need:
Positive attitude
Valid drivers license & willing to drive a wheelchair van
Fully vaccinated Covid 19
Ability to lift at least 50lbs
Pass background check
Prior experience working as DSP preferred, but not required.
What You'll Do:
Helping individual live meaningful lives
Implementing support plans tailored to individual needs
Helping maintain relationships and circles of support
Providing domestic support: cooking, cleaning and laundry
Supporting personal care: bathing, dressing, hygiene
Promoting health choices
Provide transportation
Instructing/ teaching others how to do tasks
Attend meetings, appointments
Ability to redirect in relation to another persons actions
