About the Role:

As a Circulo Health Direct Support Professional (DSP) you’ll support individuals with I/DD as they pursue independence. If you’re someone who cares about people and enjoys serving others, this is an ideal role for you. The day-to-day includes personal care tasks, like assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and healthcare-related tasks. It can also include transporting individuals to and from work, grocery shopping, doctor appointments, social gatherings, and community events.
Requirements:
• Attend required paid training prior to starting
• Valid Driver’s License
• Pass a background check
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
Responsibilities:
• Provide services as defined in the individuals ISP (Individualized Service Plan)
• Assist with in-home and personal care
• Provide transportation
• Support individuals as they develop independence
