Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Operations & Growth Leader to lead market expansion efforts in Sacramento.

At present, HK Multifamily Management does not have units under management in the Sacramento market. This is a true market-launch opportunity — focused on securing initial management contracts, building vendor relationships, and establishing strategic portfolio density.

Our Sacramento expansion will prioritize multifamily properties consisting of a minimum of 100 units per building. We are not targeting small scattered-site properties.

This role begins as a commission-based opportunity designed for a high-level producer who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and long-term portfolio building. As the Sacramento portfolio grows, this role may evolve into a structured compensation model with leadership and operational oversight opportunities.

An active California Real Estate License is required for this position.

We are specifically seeking individuals who bring an established networking presence within the Sacramento real estate community — including relationships with:

Multifamily owners (100+ unit buildings)

Responsibilities include:

Supporting onboarding and transition of newly secured properties

Assisting in establishing Sacramento-based vendor relationships

Coordinating with centralized accounting, marketing, HR, and Yardi teams

Maintaining operational standards and performance consistency during early growth phases

Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new multifamily property management contracts (100+ unit buildings)
