Description: Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be hands-on with HubSpot and will build measurable content-led demand generation programs for a B2B defense and manufacturing/distribution audiences. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing campaigns that generate qualified leads, support long sales cycles, and strengthen relationships with OEMs, primes, integrators, and channel partners.
This role will require skills to execute quickly, write clearly, collaborate with technical SMEs, and use data to improve conversion and pipeline impact.

- HubSpot marketing execution (core)
- Content development for technical B2B audiences
- Demand generation & lead nurture
- Reporting & optimization
Qualifications
Education/Experience/Knowledge
Required
• 1-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, marketing ops, or content marketing (B2B preferred).
• Hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub): email, workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, and reporting.
• Strong writing/editing skills and ability to communicate technical information simply.
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment and iterating based on performance data.
• Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, defense, aerospace, or government-adjacent B2B.
• Familiarity with long sales cycles, channel/partner marketing, and account-based concepts.
• Basic HTML/CSS for minor template edits.
• Experience with CRM alignment (Salesforce or similar), lead routing, and SLA processes.
• Understanding of defense/regulated environment considerations (e.g., careful claims, review/approval workflows).
• HubSpot certifications (Inbound, Email Marketing, Marketing Software, Reporting
Equipment Proficiency
• HubSpot Marketing Hub (core)
• Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio (or similar)
• LinkedIn Campaign Manager / Google Ads (optional, depending on scope)
• CMS tools (HubSpot CMS / WordPress)
• Content/design tools (Canva/Adobe, Grammarly)
• Project management (Asana/Trello/Jira)
AI Utilization and Collaboration
• Effectively leverage approved company AI tools and resources to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of deliverables - while ensuring strict adherence to data privacy, ethical standards, and all company policies.
