This role is a strategic operations leadership position focused on managing the full lifecycle of new home energy projects from release to final inspection. Acting as the operational bridge between builders, internal teams, and installation partners, you will ensure projects move efficiently through the pipeline while maintaining high quality standards. Youll proactively identify bottlenecks, implement scalable process improvements, and translate construction milestones into clear, actionable updates. Combining data-driven decision-making with hands-on coordination, you will drive both velocity and reliability across multiple builder communities. Accountabilities:- Oversee end-to-end project flow within the New Homes pipeline, from job release through final inspection, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
- Serve as the primary liaison between builders, project managers, installation teams, and internal stakeholders to streamline communication and coordination.
- Initiate and manage job releases, ensuring projects adhere to agreed construction schedules and operational standards.
- Monitor and track multiple projects across assigned builder communities, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks or risks.
- Maintain accurate project records in CRM and builder software platforms, ensuring data integrity and real-time visibility.
- Gather, process, and manage required documentation for each lot or community.
- Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights that improve speed, quality, and overall performance.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Field Operations to drive continuous process improvements and change management initiatives.
- Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in solar, construction, or production building strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with builders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, builder software platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Oracle experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex operational challenges.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey technical or process-related information clearly.
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to operate both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to meet general office-related physical requirements, including extended computer use.
