Remote Lead Employee Relations Partner

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Employee Relations Partner. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, influencing workplace culture and organizational policies across a large-scale healthcare organization. Your expertise will guide the enterprise-wide employee relations strategy in a complex environment, directly impacting a workforce of over 10,000 employees. You will engage in high-stakes investigations, develop compliance programs, and lead initiatives that enhance organizational excellence, ensuring the company aligns with its overarching strategic objectives.
Accountabilities
  • Own complex, sensitive, and high-stakes workplace investigations including C-suite misconduct.
  • Lead enterprise crisis response for urgent situations requiring immediate executive-level intervention.
  • Develop and implement investigation protocols and best practices for consistency and excellence.
  • Lead employment policy development and implementation in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
  • Serve as the ultimate authority on federal and multi-state employment law interpretation.
  • Manage employment litigation strategies and serve as the primary ER liaison to outside counsel.
  • Support ER function transformation initiatives and develop training programs for HR partners.
  • Conduct sophisticated analysis of case data and lead root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Serve as a strategic partner in culture transformation initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • 7-10+ years of progressive employee relations experience in complex organizations.
  • 5+ years conducting high-complexity workplace investigations.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent senior-level certification preferred.
  • Proven track record of executive partnership and influencing senior leadership decisions.
  • Extensive experience managing employment litigation and compliance matters.
  • Mastery-level expertise in federal employment laws and multi-state compliance.
