Shipping & Receiving - Shipping at Epi Breads – ATLANTA, Georgia

We are looking for a skilled candidate with excellent attention to detail for the position of Shipping & Receiving Associate at our Button Gwinnett location. This position is responsible for optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency, managing inventory by utilizing tablets and scanners. We ask that you have a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. This is a 1st shift position 6:00am-2:30pm (till finish) . Sunday work on occasion and would need to be available depending on business needs. Overtime available! * Our bread is frozen, so 75% of your day will be in our freezer (we provide personal protective equipment for working in a cold area).

Bring your knowledge and your motivation to:

• Coordinate the receiving of our ingredients from our suppliers
• Organize the storage of our ingredients and breads in an efficient and effective manner.
• Coordinate the shipping of our breads to our customer
• Maintain forklift equipment by performing routine pre and post inspections.
• Count assigned locations daily and report discrepancies to Supervisor
• Manage the loading and the unloading of the trucks (Hilo/forklift experience required)

Work Environment:
This work is performed primarily in a warehouse environment and contains a cold storage facility. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. We are critical infrastructure and during the COVID 19 National Emergency, we require everyone to wear masks at the plant, constantly keep hands clean, apply social distancing and perform COVID 19 testing as needed. Good attendance is very important to us; we need our Team Members to be at work when they are scheduled.
