This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage creative production for live, virtual, and hybrid events, driving engaging experiences from concept through execution. The Creative Producer will oversee creative media, assets, budgets, timelines, and project teams, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality content across multiple workstreams. This position requires balancing client expectations, vendor management, and internal collaboration while maintaining brand consistency and process adherence. You will thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail are paramount. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring that all creative deliverables exceed client expectations. Travel of up to 40% is expected to support events and client initiatives.
- Manage the full creative production process for live, virtual, and hybrid events, including concepting, brand identity, attendee journey, scenic and media design
- Oversee budgets, timelines, workback schedules, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients alongside senior creative leadership, ensuring clear and organized communication
- Coordinate and manage vendors to secure materials and services within budget and specifications
- Track creative deliverables, timelines, and approvals while facilitating internal and client review meetings
- Lead problem-solving efforts throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Support process adherence, scope management, and post-event wrap-up including archiving content and budget reconciliation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing creative projects, preferably within events, live activations, or experiential marketing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, AirTable, Quip, or Monday.com is preferred
- Strong presentation and client communication skills with experience supporting concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and report to project leads effectively
- Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with frequent changes and interruptions
- Strong organizational, time management, and task/project management skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and thrive in team-oriented environments
- Must have valid US passport for travel up to 40%
