This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate complex projects within the Curio Science space, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. You will manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors. The position requires a combination of strong project management expertise, organizational skills, and proactive communication to drive project success. You will support strategic planning, financial tracking, and process improvement initiatives, while contributing to client satisfaction and business development efforts. The role operates in a dynamic, fully remote environment with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and professional growth.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Curio Science and medical communications projects, ensuring they meet client objectives
- Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), change orders, project timelines, and assumptions, while managing approvals and internal routing
- Track project budgets, staff hours, expenses, and vendor invoices, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and task completion using project management tools, providing weekly status updates and hot sheets
- Facilitate internal and vendor communication, schedule project calls, and escalate issues to ensure transparency and collaboration
- Partner with account managers and cross-functional teams to support business development and resource planning
- Support process improvements, risk mitigation, and continuous project quality enhancement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 4+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in medical communications or advertising agency environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage digital projects (e.g., website development, interactive modules, e-learning) is a plus
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to lead, prioritize, and plan work activities efficiently, setting goals and organizing resources effectively
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, remote environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required (approximately 5%)
