The ER Registration Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision to all ER Registration and communication staff. The supervisor insures professional service consistent with courtesy and confidentiality requirements of the hospital and the department. The supervisor safeguards the insurance and/or patient responsibilities to the facility. Supervisor often would serve as first impression to visitors, family members, and

patients of Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

Education: GED Required/High School Diploma Preferred

Experience Requirements: Previous management experience in a healthcare environment and or minimum of 2 year experience in Registration preferred..
