We are looking for a few motivated customer service and call center professionals for our fast-paced Corporate HQ in Clearwater, FL. No Collections Experience, no problem! We provide the training you need to be successful. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do:
- Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Accept payments, and negotiate with consumers to resolve accounts.
- Perform account maintenance and accurately document all customer activity.
