The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. This role requires strong sales skills and a thorough understanding of property management practices.

Skills:

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
Yardi and CRM experience
Customer service experience
Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and gathering necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate records of tenant files, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Address tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
Collaborate with maintenance staff using to ensure timely responses to tenant requests.
Stay informed about local rental markets and trends to effectively market properties.
Promote the benefits of living in the community through effective sales techniques.
Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations throughout the leasing process.

Qualifications

Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred.
Yardi experience
Understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
Proficient in office software applications for record keeping and communication.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining tenant files.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
