This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven professional passionate about driving growth, brand presence, and operational excellence on Amazon. You will lead day-to-day management of the Amazon account, optimizing product listings, advertising, pricing, and fulfillment strategies while ensuring compliance and account health. Collaborating across marketing, product, supply chain, and merchandising teams, you will identify opportunities, execute promotional campaigns, and deliver measurable results. This position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, offering the chance to make a tangible impact on revenue and brand visibility in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive brand visibility, sales, margin, and conversion across Amazon.
  • Manage product listings, brand store experience, content, pricing, and advertising campaigns.
  • Serve as the day-to-day account lead, building and maintaining vendor relationships and overseeing marketplace compliance.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and merchandising teams to enhance product discoverability, optimize performance, and execute promotions.
  • Monitor account health, operational performance, and FBA/FBM logistics to meet or exceed marketplace benchmarks.
  • Conduct competitive research and category analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide channel expansion.
  • Create and utilize dashboards and analytics tools to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay current on Amazon, marketplace, and eCommerce trends to inform channel strategy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of Ecommerce account management experience, with direct Amazon marketplace experience required.
  • Experience managing B2B or global brand ecommerce channels preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing and merchandising strategies that drive growth.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PIM, DAM, commerce platforms, and marketing tools.
