We are looking for a Studio Manager to lead one of our studios with ownership, clarity, and care.

The Role
As the Studio Manager, you are responsible for the performance, culture, and daily operations of your studio.
You lead your team while actively participating in the work — welcoming clients, guiding selections, ensuring proper fit, and completing permanent jewelry welds.
You set the standard for how the studio runs and how the team shows up for customers.
This role owns:
• Studio sales performance and growth
• Inventory integrity and operational accuracy
• Cost management and responsible budgeting
• Team hiring, training, and development
• The lived experience of the Loveweld brand in your studio
This is a leadership role grounded in execution, accountability, and care.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Team
Recruit, hire, and develop Welders.
Provide clear expectations, coaching, and consistent feedback.
Create a studio culture rooted in accountability, trust, and celebration.
Lead team meetings and support the growth and confidence of your team.
Own the Business
Drive studio sales and local growth.
Lead community activations, events, and partnerships.
Monitor inventory and execute monthly inventory counts.
Manage the studio budget responsibly while minimizing loss.
Protect the Experience
Ensure every client interaction reflects Loveweld’s brand standards.
Maintain a studio that feels polished, welcoming, and organized.
Oversee scheduling, communication channels, and day-to-day studio operations.
Lead from the Floor
This is a hands-on leadership role.
Studio Managers regularly work welding shifts alongside their team and model best practices in service and execution.
Managers typically:
• Work 3–4 welding shifts per week
• Provide weekend coverage (minimum 4 per month)
• Participate in events and community activations
Traditional retail hours apply, including evenings and weekends.
Who You Are
You are someone who naturally takes ownership of a space and the people in it.
You care about creating environments where teams thrive and customers feel genuinely welcomed.
You are comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on work and understand that great retail leadership means being present, engaged, and accountable.
You likely have:
• 3+ years of retail management experience or 5+ years as a key holder
• Strong sales instincts and customer experience awareness
• Experience managing inventory and retail operations
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfort working retail hours including evenings and weekends
An eye for style and interest in jewelry is a plus.
Compensation
Base: $0-$0/hour (depending on location and experience)
In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for commission on personal sales via appointments.
Exact compensation will depend on experience, skills, and geographic location.
