We are looking for a Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations, billing processes, and financial record management while collaborating with our U.S. team. Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST \u007C Onsite Key Responsibilities Record and reconcile financial transactions Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and trust accounts Generate invoices and track client payments Assist with financial reports and month-end closing Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections Review insurance carrier statements and match them with internal records Work with QuickBooks Desktop and maintain accurate financial data Requirements 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger QuickBooks Desktop experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Fluent English communication skills
