Experienced HVAC Residential Service Professional - HVAC Sales Associate

As an HVAC sales representative, your responsibilities will include generating sales, fostering customer relationships, and promoting our range of HVAC products and services. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of residential service and sales experience, preferably in the home services industry. Your primary objective will be to meet and surpass sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

$75,000 - $175,000 yearly performance plus commissions

• Create compelling sales materials to present to potential clients
• Promote long-term relationships with both current and prospective clients to increase sales and word-of-mouth referrals
• Keep an awareness of market developments, new trends, and key competitors to remain competitive in all markets
• Conduct final negotiations and close sales while observing established pricing and profit targets
• Communicate with in-house groups like installation and support to guarantee successful project completion and happy customers

• Current driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed
• Minimum of one to three years of sales experience; preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field and a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• A high school diploma or GED is required for this position, with a Bachelor's degree desirable.
• Competence with customer relationship management (CRM) and other sales tools

• Preferable HIS Sales License from CSLB. EPA Certifications. NATE Certifications. BPI Certifications. We can help in obtaining these certifications.
