Entry Level Customer Service Representative - Immediate Hire at Resilient Enterprises, Inc. – Boise, Idaho

We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our mission-driven outreach and marketing team. In this role, you’ll bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement, live events, and community outreach—making a tangible difference in the lives of the people and causes you support.

No call center. No scripts. Just real conversations that create real impact.

We partner with leading 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and socially responsible brands to raise awareness, inspire action, and build donor support. Through live events and in-person outreach, we focus on creating authentic human connections that drive measurable results for the causes we represent.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the front-line ambassador for our nonprofit partners, helping communities engage with social causes and campaigns in meaningful ways.

• Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives
• Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and authentic manner
• Communicate key messages about social causes, nonprofit missions, and community impact
• Educate individuals on campaign goals and ways to get involved
• Build relationships that encourage long-term donor engagement
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful campaign execution
• Uphold company values including integrity, professionalism, and accountability

No prior experience in customer service or nonprofit outreach is required. We provide paid training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.
