Cannabis Processor – Spokane Valley, WA
$17.13/hour | Open Availability Required
Join a fast-paced, hands-on team where you’ll help transform bulk product into high-quality, retail-ready goods. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands and being part of a collaborative production environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Weigh, fill, and package cannabis products (flower, concentrates, and prerolls)
- Operate and assist with production machinery (grinders, preroll and kief machines)
- Label, seal, and prepare products for distribution
- Perform quality checks and ensure compliance standards are met
- Pull, pack, and load orders for shipment
- Maintain organized workspaces and accurate production tracking
- Support team leads, training, and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 21+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable standing/sitting for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a two-story warehouse, using stairs regularly, and working at heights (mezzanines/upper levels)
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Bonus (Not Required):
- Experience in trimming, packaging, or production environments
