- Partner with Data Science, Product, Engineering, Creative, and Product Marketing to design experiments, enhance attribution, and translate data into improved channel strategies.
- Monitor and communicate channel performance, surfacing opportunities, risks, and insights to leadership while optimizing toward LTV/CAC, CPA, and incrementality goals.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership, analytical rigor, and hands-on performance marketing expertise:
- 6–8+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing with deep expertise in Paid Social, Display, and Video across desktop and mobile.
- Proven experience in mobile acquisition, measurement, and optimization, including app campaigns, MMPs, SKAN, and creative testing for app growth.
- Track record of connecting creative, data, and channel strategy to drive measurable business outcomes (LTV/CAC, CPA, incrementality).
- Experience managing and developing small teams, providing coaching, feedback, and performance guidance.
- Comfortable as a working manager, balancing long-term strategy with detailed performance diagnostics and experiment design.
- Strong analytical skills with familiarity in SQL, experimentation frameworks, and incrementality testing.
- Hands-on experience with major performance platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and collaborating with external vendors or creative agencies.
- Highly collaborative, experienced working cross-functionally with Creative, Product Marketing, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams.

- 401(k) or RRSP matching.
- Paid parental leave.
- 20 days of PTO per year, 12 paid holidays, two floating holidays, and flexible sick leave.
- Generous stipends for caregiving, wellness, home office, and more.
- Annual professional development budget and growth opportunities.
- Collaborative, inclusive culture that encourages experimentation and innovation.
