  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code initiatives, and self-service capabilities for developers
  • Lead incident response, monitor platform health, and drive continuous improvement through postmortems and process optimization

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps roles
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading technical teams
  • Deep expertise with Kubernetes in production environments at scale, including architecture and operations
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including core services and EKS
  • Proven experience with SDLC methodologies, CI/CD practices, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm)
  • Strong background in ultra-high availability systems and platform reliability
  • Hands-on experience with container technologies, service mesh, and cloud-native architectures
  • Excellent technical leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Nice-to-have: experience in regulated industries, PCI-DSS/SOC2 compliance, AWS certifications, CKA/CKAD, observability platforms, GitOps practices, and FinOps expertise

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, aligned to location tiers: National ($200,500–$250,600) and Premium ($210,200–$262,800 USD)
  • Annual performance bonuses and equity in a publicly-traded company
  • Multiple health insurance options and flexible time off
  • Retirement savings program with company contributions
  • Family-forming benefits, parental leave up to 20 weeks, and fertility support
  • Professional development funds, coaching, and education support
  • Monthly stipend for remote work, plus flexibility to work from home or office
  • Exposure to cutting-edge cloud, container, and platform technologies
