The Opportunity

You will jumpstart your career in construction management by working directly alongside industry experts to deliver complex commercial projects. This entry-level leadership track provides you with the mentorship and hands-on experience necessary to master project lifecycles from groundbreaking to closeout. You will play a vital role in ensuring project efficiency while growing within a supportive, fast-paced team environment.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Support the Project Management team in the daily administration and coordination of commercial construction activities.

  • Track project schedules and milestones to ensure all phases of the build remain on target for completion.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication between subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to prevent operational bottlenecks.

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of essential project documentation, including submittals and change orders.

  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure work aligns with architectural plans and company quality standards.

  • Contribute to project meetings by recording detailed minutes and following up on critical action items.

  • Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all site-specific protocols are understood and followed by field teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong interest in developing a long-term career within the commercial construction industry.

  • Proficiency in construction office technology and a willingness to learn specialized construction management software and parallel systems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional correspondence.

  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment and adapt to changing project priorities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Previous internship experience or exposure to a construction site environment.

  • Basic understanding of reading construction blueprints or technical specifications.
