About the role
Marioff Operations is looking for a Quality Inspector to join our Quality team in our Kerava production facility. In this role you would maintain and improve the quality of Marioff products through systematic inspections of supplier parts and assemblies, create solid tracking and documentation of performed inspections and supplier quality assurance documentation. Our new colleague would be responsible for receiving inspection quality, especially the certificate requirements and checks.
The Quality Inspector ensures that reasons for receiving delays are communicated clearly and delays are kept as short as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinating receiving quality inspections and perform them together with other quality team
- Verifying certificate requirements are fulfilled
- Communicating with sourcing and suppliers to improve quality of supplier documentation (CofC, test certificates etc)
- Maintaining quality inspection records and improving traceability
- Maintaining work instructions in own responsibility area
- Participating in solving product quality issues related to purchased and own products
- Participating in inspection of new products from own and supplier production
- Supporting warehouse with receiving operations
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 2 years of experience from a similar role, working in warehouse of a regulated manufacturing environment
- Finnish and English language knowledge
- Strong communication abilities, capability to follow up about the non-conformities or unclear topics towards the stakeholders
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation, and forming proper inspection processes based on them
- MS Office, ERP system skills
- Skills to do basic physical measurements with calipers and micrometers with proven accuracy
- Experience of managing workmanship criteria
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, ability to multitask
Considered as an advantage:

- Windchill or other product data management system knowledge/experience
