This role is central to driving data-informed sales decisions across key accounts and points of sale. You will analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize revenue, market share, and customer engagement. Working cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, product, finance, and planning teams, you will support strategic initiatives, ensure data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities. The position offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes by forecasting sales, evaluating programs, and supporting both strategic and tactical decisions. A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, collaborative environment. Flexibility to work remotely or from the Fort Collins, CO office is available.
- Define, manage, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for retailer and direct-to-consumer (DTC) points of sale
- Gather, analyze, and report on sales data, including sell-in/through, sales pacing, forecasting, margins, and promotions
- Develop insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve customer retention
- Lead cross-functional sessions to review account performance, inventory trends, and margin analyses
- Support business planning and sell-in sessions with actionable data and trend insights
- Evaluate the effectiveness and profitability of incentive programs, marketing initiatives, and promotions
- Maintain and enhance reporting platforms to ensure visibility into point-of-sale performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or market analysis
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools preferred
- Knowledge of point-of-sale analysis and metrics
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement
