You'll be working with industrial ovens, helping process metal components with precision and consistency. This role is perfect for someone reliable who takes pride in doing things the right way.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Set up and operate industrial ovens based on production needs
• Monitor temperatures, cycle times, and overall performance
• Load and unload parts using racks, carts, or conveyors
• Inspect materials before and after processing to ensure quality
• Adjust settings to keep everything running within spec
• Track and record production data (temps, times, quantities)
• Report any equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized

What We're Looking For:
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a hot environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality
