Hours 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary
The Packer is responsible for carefully and efficiently packaging products in accordance with company standards and quality requirements. This entry-level position plays a vital role in ensuring that finished goods are properly prepared for shipment and delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into boxes, bags, containers, or other packaging materials according to specified procedures
• Inspect products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies and remove non-conforming items from the line
• Label packages accurately with the correct product information, lot numbers, and dates as required
• Assemble, fold, and seal cartons, boxes, or other containers for shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift
• Meet daily packing quotas and productivity targets as established by supervisors
• Follow all company safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and hygiene standards
• Communicate any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and other warehouse or production tasks as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient production flow

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred but not required— we will train the right candidate
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs safely and consistently
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to product quality and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic reading and math skills required
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Work Schedule

Days:	Monday through Friday
Shift Hours:	7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Overtime:	Available as needed based on production demands
