Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) at PRECISION HEALTHCARE SPECIALISTS LLC – Fort Myers, Florida

Precision Healthcare Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Urology Experts team. This provider will collaborate with urologists to deliver comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of urologic conditions, including pre- and post-operative management, chronic disease management, and office-based procedures. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, strong patient communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced surgical and specialty clinic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Collaborate with urologists on treatment planning and management for medical and surgical patients
• Assist with minor procedures in the office setting as permitted by scope of practice
• Manage pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Document patient encounters, procedures, and treatment plans accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Provide patient education on urologic conditions, preventive care, medications, and surgical preparation/recovery
• Coordinate care with nursing, support staff, and ancillary services to ensure continuity
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice protocols

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
• Current licensure as PA-C or NP in Florida
• BLS/ACLS certification required; other specialty certifications preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; urology or surgical specialty experience a plus
• Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athenahealth)
• Knowledge of urologic diseases, office procedures, and post-operative management
