The Senior .NET Developer will work closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure software meets performance, reliability, and modernization goals. You will drive cloud migration efforts, support CI/CD and DevOps processes, and contribute to technical strategy and architecture. The Senior .NET Developer will own the technical delivery of applications and contribute to team leadership:
- Lead development of new features and resolve complex issues in existing .NET Framework applications.
- Architect, implement, and optimize scalable solutions with performance and reliability in mind.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers on design patterns, coding standards, and modern software practices.
- Support migration of legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET 8 and cloud-native solutions.
- Contribute to containerization efforts and deployment on AWS EKS.
- Participate in Agile Scrum activities, including sprint planning, demos, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Drive root cause analysis and third-level production support.
- Collaborate with product owners and architects to define technical approaches and reduce technical debt.
Ideal candidates will combine deep technical expertise with collaborative problem-solving skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in C# and .NET/ASP.NET Framework.
- Experience with SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and unit testing/test-driven development.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and mentor team members.
- Bonus: Experience with React, medical billing/claims processing, migrating legacy applications to cloud-native architecture, performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace, and AWS cloud services.
