  • Conduct platform-based investigations using internal systems and approved open-source methods to validate identity, context, and reported behavior
  • Maintain clear, complete case documentation including summaries, timelines, and supporting evidence
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support case routing, monitoring, and timely action
  • Identify workflow friction and provide recommendations for continuous process improvement
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to all applicable policies, procedures, and legal standards
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience in investigations, trust & safety, security operations, intelligence support, or related fields
  • Experience managing high-volume, time-sensitive cases with clear documentation practices
  • Familiarity with open-source research techniques and online investigative methods within approved guidelines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing concise, accurate case summaries
  • Sound judgment and ability to operate within structured escalation frameworks
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and macOS, with experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity
  • Flexibility to work four 10-hour days per week, including occasional weekends, during West Coast business hours
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and legally work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in platform investigations, Trust & Safety, fraud, abuse response, insider risk support, or threat assessment programs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Language skills or international exposure
  • Basic data analysis experience, tracking case volumes, outcomes, and trends
Benefits:
  • Annual salary: $90,000 – $95,000 USD
  • HSA or PPO medical plans with substantial employer contributions
  • Employer-paid life, STD, LTD, and AD&D insurance
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Paid leave including vacation, sick, parental, and 11 holidays
  • Health & wellness benefits, including HSA employer contribution and Medical FSA
  • Pet insurance and national employee discount programs
  • Employee Assistance Program and digital identity protection
  • Free access to risk intelligence dashboards and remote support tools
  • Dedicated professional development, training programs, and coaching/mentoring opportunities
